Recently, the business and technical team from KUBOTA (Kubota) in Thailand visited our production base and had in-depth exchanges on the comprehensive strength inspection of the factory and the special testing of agricultural transmission products.
The Thai team first conducted on-site visits to the production workshop, storage area, and quality inspection center of the factory. In the production workshop, they inspected the operating status of the CNC machining equipment and learned about the precision machining process of the core components of the gearbox; In the storage area, detailed inquiries were made regarding the classification and storage of components, as well as the specifications for protective packaging; At the quality inspection center, the practical operation of routine performance testing was observed, and the rigor of the entire process quality control standards was recognized.
Subsequently, technicians from both parties focused on the core product - agricultural gearbox, and initiated multidimensional testing work: retrieving product processing parameters from computer terminals for data verification, opening boxes on site to inspect the appearance accuracy and dimensional tolerances of gearbox housing and shaft components, and then conducting practical tests on performance indicators such as transmission efficiency and load stability of the finished product.
After the testing work was completed, both parties held a summary discussion. The representative of the Thai side stated that this inspection intuitively verified the factory's production strength and product quality, especially the performance of the gearbox in precision and adaptability, which meets its market demand
This inspection and testing not only allowed the Thai side to accurately confirm the quality and reliability of our agricultural gearbox, but also clarified the direction for the subsequent connection between the two parties in product customization, supply cooperation, and other aspects, helping to promote cooperation in the field of agricultural machinery components towards a more precise and in-depth direction.
